One West Palm, the $250-Million project backed by billionaire Jeff Green, has recently been approved by the city. The pair of 30-story towers designed by Arquitectonica of Miami are slate to become the city's tallest. Located at 550 Quadrille Blvd, one tower will house 340,000 square feet of Class A office space, while the other will contain a 209 room 5-star hotel with 84 high-end condos or rentals above that. The building will have a 34,000 square foot fitness center complete with indoor and outdoor tennis courts. Additionally,The building will contain street level shopping as well as a top floor restaurant and bar.
Greene, who has bought up a numerous properties around West Palm, has stated that this project is his top priority. Greene hopes to break ground on the towers within the next 3 to 6 months and to complete the project with in 2 years.
