Old City Hall to be Torn Down; Replaced with Hotel, Shops, Resturants, Apartments

Tuesday, the city commission gave final approval over the sale of the old City Hall located at 200 Second Street for $11.5 Million.The deal is scheduled to close July of 2017 so it may be a while before we see any real movement on this project.
